How Much is Tuition at Wee Care?
Our tuition rates are based on the number of hours your child attend along with the child's assigned classroom. We offer both part-time rates for children who will attend between 10-24 hours per week and full-time rates for children who attend between 25-50 hours per week. Please contact us for specific tuition rates for your family!
Do you accept families who receive payment assistance from the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services Publicly Funded Child Care?
Yes. Please contact the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services for more information if you think your family might qualify for payment assistance.
Does Wee Care offer transportation?
We provide transportation for our school-age children from school to Wee Care in the afternoons if they attend Sandusky City Schools.
Do parents need to provide meals?
No. Wee Care provide a variety of healthy nutritious meals throughout the day including breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and supper.
When is Wee Care closed?
We are closed on weekends and major holidays including New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day along with 2 staff training days which are announced each year.
Do the teachers have specialized training in Early Childhood Education?
Yes. All of our teachers receive at least 30 hours of specialized training each year. We also have teachers with college degrees in Early Childhood Education.
Does Wee Care have preschool?
Yes. We have preschool classes. Any child enrolled for daycare between the ages of 3-5 will automatically attend our preschool class.
There is a special rate for children who only attend our preschool program either 2,3 or 5 days per week from 8:30am to 12noon. Please contact us for more information regarding our preschool program.
What are your Hours of Operation?
Monday-Friday from 7:30am-6pm.
